Metal Fabrication & Welding Services

At Dresco, we provide metal fabrication and welding services geared towards small to medium sized components. We utilize a number of precision fabrication methods that include pressing, bending, forming, machining, cutting, and sawing. Our welding capabilities include GMAW, GTAW, fusion, and plasma. We specialize in the fabrication of parts from carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass and bronze, from raw material in sheets, plate, bar stock, tubing and structural. Working to the tightest tolerance of +/-.005", we can handle even the most difficult fabrications. We can cut sheet or plate up to 4' x 8' envelope and 6" thick. We can bend up to 5/8" thick material. Cut or turn bar or tube to 13" diameter. We perform set up, in-process, and final inspections and verify the quality of our components using optical comparators, digital height gages, thread gages, and various measuring equipment.
